What do you need to consider when buying artificial hedges?
Indoor or outdoor use?
The standard artificial hedges are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
What are the expectations with regard to durability and UV resistance?
The artificial hedge elements are made of UV-resistant PE plastic. These artificial hedges are expected to retain their original color for 5 to 8 years.
The yew / spikes artificial hedge is made of UV stabilized PVC, the property of this plastic is that it will gradually discolor.
Warranty
The standard warranty period is 2 years.
Because the artificial hedge elements which are made of PE virtually do not discolor due to the application of high quality stabilizers that keep the colors lasting longer, we give a 5-year warranty on color fastness.
On what kind of background can the artificial hedge be attached?
The artificial hedges can be attached to a sufficiently strong background of, for example, wire netting, wooden framework or plate material.
Fastening can be done easily with string, staples, tyraps, screws or nails.
Is the artificial hedge usable in public places in connection with fire safety?
Regarding the use of decoration materials in public places, it is always wise to contact the local fire department. The application and size of the decoration materials as well as the type of facility in which the decoration is applied often determine the safety class to be met.
Only the indication of flame retardant or certified fire retardant or similar is misleading and does not say anything about the applicability of decoration materials in publicly accessible areas.

Where and when can I view the artificial hedge?
At our company in Mol, we have the artificial hedge in all versions in ample supply.
In principle, you can visit us during the stated opening hours. However, there is also a sufficient number of artificial hedges along the public road, so that you can visit them outside of opening hours.
Can I take the artificial hedges with me immediately after purchase?
We generally have plenty of artificial hedges in stock, so it is possible to take them home immediately after purchase.
How can I pay when I pick up my artificial hedge?

Through your shopping cart you can see which products you selected. The number of products you can adjust by entering the desired number and click on change numbers. Do you want to remove a product? Then click on the cross behind the product you want to remove.
How do I order?
1. Find the product you would like to order.
2. Enter the quantity of the item you want to order, and click order.
3. If you want to continue shopping and later order everything at once click on: "Continue shopping".
4. Add the items you also want to order in the same way.
5. Click on your shopping cart at the top right of the site to see which items are in your cart.
6. Choose your payment method by selecting from several payment options. (Bank transfer, IDEAL, Cash on delivery or Cash on pickup).
7. When all these details are entered click on "Order these items".
8. Fill in your details here. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
9. Do you agree with the terms and conditions?
10. Check if everything is entered correctly and click on "continue".
11. If you have chosen iDEAL the payment screen opens, otherwise you get an overview and click on "final order".
12. When the order has been sent correctly you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. (Please also check your spam folder).

BIC : BBRUBEBB in the name of GroenPlus Kunsthagen stating your order number. This information is also mentioned in the confirmation email. In this case we will only start processing your order once we have received your payment. Subsequently, the delivery times mentioned on the site at that time apply.
iDEAL ?
This payment method allows you to make the payment directly to your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. If you use internet banking, you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register. You can find more information about iDEAL at www.ideal.nl or through your own participating bank.
Cash on delivery ?
Paying by Cash on Delivery is paying at the door. most carriers have a preference for Pin payments.
We charge for this payment option an amount of € 9.95.
This payment option is only available for shipments within the Netherlands.
Delivery time?
The delivery time may vary by product (this is clearly indicated in the product), but 95% of orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days. Also for large orders or products that are shipped with the transport company money ordered before 11:00, delivered within 2 working days. If for any reason your product has a longer delivery time, we will contact you immediately. Do you have questions or want to know the exact delivery time? Please call or email us.
Pick up and/or delivery costs
The purchased artificial hedges or ordered products can be picked up at our warehouse in Zevenbergen after consultation by telephone.
The ordered products can also be delivered to your desired delivery address by a parcel service.
When shipping via parcel service, you will receive a package code from us with which you can track the package so you can estimate when you can take delivery or communicate with the parcel service about the delivery.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shop.
These costs depend on the size of the order and the distance.
Return or exchange?
At GroenPlus you can exchange or return a product within 14 working days. It is important that the product is complete and unused and in the original and undamaged packaging. Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund. Before returning a product, you must first contact GroenPlus Kunsthagen at kunsthaaggp@gmail.com . You will then receive all the details to return your product. Return conditions (see also General Conditions of GroenPlus Kunsthagen) - A return must be requested by email or telephone within 14 days after receipt of the order. - The order must be returned within 5 working days after awarding it. - The return products must be unbroken, in original packaging and undamaged. - The return products must be properly packaged to be returned. - Problems with the shipment at or by the company that takes care of the shipment to us, are at the customer's risk.
Refund of a return
In case of a withdrawal you will receive all payments, excluding delivery costs for return shipment, back as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated to make use of the right of withdrawal. We will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree another method with us.
You are responsible for the costs and for the return shipment. The cost of the return depends on the size and weight of the package to be sent.
Transport damage, what now?
Sometimes it happens that a product is delivered with shipping damage.
All our items are shipped insured with our carrier.
Therefore, immediately upon delivery, the goods must be checked for defects and / or flaws by the recipient.
If there is a defect or malfunction report it immediately to the driver. If it is already gone immediately call the supplier and carrier.
This is important to be able to claim compensation. If you do this a day later, the carrier will say that the damage occurred after delivery and no compensation will be paid!
Take pictures of the transport damage immediately and send them to the carrier and supplier.
To be able to handle a damage it must be reported immediately and pictures of the damage must be emailed (Specifically photographed)
VAT free purchase for business customers outside NL within the EU
If you are a business customer from Europe and you order from us, you can buy from us without paying VAT.
For such an order without VAT we ask you to request a regionalized offer from us by e-mail.
To be eligible for this offer, you must meet the following conditions:
* You must first do an address validation, link about VAT validation !!!
* Here you fill in the requested information and your VAT number, without the letters of the COUNTRY. So only fill in the digits of your VAT number!
* After approval (you will see this via notification) you can purchase without VAT settlement.
* If you use a wrong VAT number or your company data do not match your VAT number, normal VAT will have to be paid.
ATTENTION !
If a manual check later shows that VAT number and company details do not match, we are entitled to charge you for the VAT.
Subsequent requests for VAT refunds, can not be handled by us. You will have to reclaim the VAT via your own tax office in your own country.
